Modify Near Dupe and Threading settings

You can modify the following Near Dupe and Threading (NDT) settings.

• Enable or disable the automatic NDT job during promotion.

• Enable or disable threading analysis for emails without a Message ID.

• Set the similarity threshold for the Near Duplication Action.

To modify NDT settings, complete the following procedure.

1. In the Account Menu, select Project Settings.

2. In the Project Settings tab, in Promotion Settings, do the following.

   1. To enable NDT during promotion, select Enable Near Dupe & Threading. To disable, deselect the checkbox.

   2. To enable threading analysis for emails without a Message ID, select Enable threading analysis for emails without a Message ID. To disable, deselect the checkbox.

   3. In Similarity Threshold, set the similarity threshold for the Near Duplicate Detection action.

3. Click Save.
